You can permanently delete your AstroSoul account and personal data at any time. There are two ways — directly in the app, or by emailing us if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete in the app
Open AstroSoul and go to Settings → Delete my account. Your account is locked immediately and your personal details are wiped right away; the underlying record is permanently deleted after a 30-day support grace window.
Request by email (no app needed)
If you can’t access the app, email privacy@astrosoul.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request is really you, then delete your account and personal data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
We permanently remove your personal details — your name, email, profile photo, your date, time and place of birth, your generated content and messages, and the purchase records held for your account. Personal details are removed immediately on request; the underlying record is fully purged within 30 days. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
