These terms govern your use of AstroSoul (“the Service”), operated by AstroSoul Inc. By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please delete your account.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AstroSoul. By signing up you confirm you meet this minimum age. If you access the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.
Astrology disclaimer
AstroSoul is provided for self-reflection and entertainment. Our past-life stories, biographies, daily readings, and friend-matching are generated using a combination of Vedic astrology calculations and large language models. They are not, and should not be construed as, medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or relationship advice. Don’t use the Service to make decisions that require professional guidance.
Subscriptions and payments
Free-tier features are available to all accounts. Paid plans unlock additional features (full past-life lineup, biographies, discovery, etc.). Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it; charges happen through Razorpay, Apple In-App Purchase, or Google Play Billing.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel. You can cancel auto-renew from Settings → Subscription; your access continues until the end of the current period. Refund eligibility, processing times, and channel-specific handling are described in full in our Refund and cancellation policy.
Content you create
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, bios, relationship labels, DMs). You grant AstroSoul a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and reproduce that content within the Service so we can deliver it to the people you choose to share it with.
AI-generated content (your personalised past-life stories, card images, biographies) is delivered to you for personal, non-commercial use. Don’t resell it or pass it off as original work.
Acceptable use
Don’t use AstroSoul to harass, threaten, or harm others; impersonate someone you aren’t; circumvent our rate limits or scrape the API; reverse-engineer our prompts or models; or upload illegal content. We’ll suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account. We can suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms. On termination, your access to paid features ends and your data is removed per the Privacy Policy retention rules.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroSoul’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and the “Last updated” date will move. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you the right to a different forum.
